Computer cannot connect to a printer in a wired network?

3 computers are connected in a wired network. Computer 1 is the main system with a printer attached to it. Computer 2 is able to connect to the printer. Computer 3 can only browse for the printer (drivers have been loaded and it is pinging), when asked to connect-it displays a message – “Windows could not connect to the printer. Operation could not be completed.”Computer cannot connect to a printer in a wired network?
I think your print spooler service is not running .... try this

Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

Double-click Administrative Tools, and then click Services.

Double-click the Printer Spooler service, and then change the startup type to Automatic. This sets the Spooler service to start automatically when you restart the computer.

If you want to start the spooler service immediately, click Start under the Service Status field
