My dad recently got a new computer. This one has Windows 7 so he used my computer to download the drivers to a cd and install on his computer. The thing is, he can't seem to use his old router to connect to the internet.
He has a WN111v2 from Netgear and downloaded the latest driver he could find. We've plugged it into various USB ports and what not, but he can't connect to the internet. And for reference, my friend can connect to the internet with his laptop so we know it's a problem with the computer.How to connect a wireless adapter to the internet?

Google is your friend for this type of issue. Just put ';wn111v2 windows7'; in the google search box and pop up comes many sites with information.
