I need to draw a food morphing with an object. Can anyone give me ideas?

For my art class I'm doing a color pencil drawing where I have to morph a food with an inanimate object or two. One girl previously did a apple morphing into a wood table that twists into a tree (see, all connected?) and another did a potato in the ground shifting into the roots of a flower, and an eye was the center of the flower.


I am struggling so badly thinking of an idea! Is there anyone who can please give me some ideas?I need to draw a food morphing with an object. Can anyone give me ideas?
