Why Wont my PSP work properly with remotejoy lite?

I run remotejoy lite on my computer and on the top right corner it displays waiting. after i connect the usb to my computer it displays disp off. what does that mean and how do i fix it?Why Wont my PSP work properly with remotejoy lite?
1) put your RemotejoyLite.prx in PLUGINS folder.


write ms0:/seplugins/RemotejoyLite.prx 1 in GAME %26amp; VSH text document.





2) enable plugins in RECOVERY MENU





3) install PSP TYPE B





4) Connect your psp ''FIRST'' and then open RemoteJoyLite_en.exe





**DOES NOT OPEN RemoteJoyLite_en.exe FIRST.
